Both front desk people I talked to were very friendly and helpful. The room was quite modern. A big TV. The AC was nice and cold.

I used to live in Tucson 9 years ago. I was familiar with the neighborhood but had no idea how bad the park, right next door, had become overrun wiith homeless.

"Unexpected quality"

The room was comfortable and very well thought out. Large TV. Sheets and towels seemed new. Comfy bed and pillows. Double window shades. This list goes on. Everything was top notch. In the top 3 motels Iโ€™ve experienced. I would definitely stay here again even over a reputable hotel.

Carpet needed cleaning.
