The location, parking facility, comfortable rooms and beds, lots of convenient storage. Very quick checkin and check out.

The shower area of my room was congested though the bathroom was good.

We had booked 4 rooms and they were very comfortable. Very convenient storage spaces. Good parking facility even for our 12 seater van. Room service and housekeeping was excellent Very good value for money.

Out of the 4 rooms, the shower area of the bathroom of my room was very congested. The other 3 rooms had spacious bathrooms.

The food was genuinely the highlight of the stay. We had the buffet dinner and were pleasantly surprised by the quality across the spread, including the non-vegetarian options, all of which were very good. The breakfast buffet was also quite enjoyable and well done. The property does have an activity area with a pool, which looked decent, though unfortunately we couldn’t make full use of it due to time constraints.

We were very disappointed by how deceptive the photos and the hotel page on Booking turned out to be. The room was sold as a sea-view room, but from our first-floor room, all we could see was a tree. The room itself was extremely small, with virtually no space for our toddler to move around. While the Booking listing mentioned a room size of 28 sq m, it felt nowhere close to even 20 sq m, and we genuinely felt cheated, especially because we paid ₹10,000 for the room. I understand it was a high-demand day, but charging this much for a room of this size and quality feels unjustifiable; this room should not cost more than ₹5,000 on any day. There was no assistance with luggage on arrival or departure, and to make matters worse, there is no ramp to reach the lounge. If you have heavy suitcases, you’re forced to carry them up the stairs. The property has only one small lift, which takes forever to go up and down. The lobby area is poorly lit and gives off an uncomfortable, slightly shady vibe. Parking was another issue; with the hotel full, parking spots were limited and we had to park in a dark corner. Overall, this felt at best like a 1-star or 2-star hotel and fell far short of what was promised and what we paid for.

Location, property is clean and covers all requirement for perfect stay. Hotel staff Jaya, Rani serves you fresh meals and make you comfortable throughout the stay.

Именно такие сотрудники вытягивают сервис на нужный уровень. ​Соотношение цена/качество: Мы брали номер категории «Люкс», и за ту цену, которую заплатили, это был абсолютно адекватный и оправданный вариант. ​Инфраструктура: На территории есть бассейн, что для этой локации большой плюс.

Состояние фонда: Отелю и всей территории объективно требуется реновация. Общая усталость номерного фонда и инфраструктуры бросается в глаза. ​Итог: Придираться к чему-то, кроме общего износа, не хочется. С учетом того, что в Карваре практически нет конкуренции, это твердые 8 из 10. Если бы рядом были современные сетевые отели, оценка была бы ниже, но на текущий момент это один из лучших выборов в городе.
