The choices of dining options was fantastic The spa was exceptional The breakfast in the palace as were the staff fantastic

Service time to wait to order drinks you had to try to get the attention of staff by the call buttons on tables if they came in under 20min it was rare … then for drinks to arrive at least anther 15min… and we were not ordering cocktails..just beer and basic spirits

The common areas of the resort are well maintained and the staff is nice.

The rooms need a deep cleaning and I'm not talking about an hour where they just arrange the room, but about disinfecting all the objects, cleaning the bed upholstery, the curtains. The bathroom is very worn and old, the toilet seat is extremely used and you can't sit on it, it needs to be changed. The room has an unpleasant smell of mold, the pillows smell of mold because of the humidity, a new dehumidifier should be installed. All the furniture was very sticky and the objects old.

We spent 11 nights here with our one-year-old son alongside several other families, and it was a wonderful stay from start to finish. The resort is right on the beach, making it perfect for sunrise walks, sunset views, and strolls along the beautiful promenade. With numerous on-site restaurants offering a wide variety of cuisines, there's little reason to leave the property. The staff kindly arranged for our group's rooms to be located close to each other, which made traveling with family much easier. The facilities are excellent, including a well-equipped fitness center, squash court, multiple pools (including family-friendly and kids' pools), and plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. Most importantly, the staff were consistently warm and friendly throughout our stay. The resort itself is absolutely charming and, if anything, looks even better in person than in the photos.

We liked the incredible variety at the breakfast buffet, the beauty of the watery landscaping, the friendly staff, the leisure facilities offered. Our young children loved the pool and kids club.

The music near the beach area was a bit loud for us, the dooners were too hot and reliance on filtered water meant we produced so many empty bottles. Are central filling stations possible?
