Where do I start It’s marketed as beachfront but you need to walk at least 15 minutes through the massive building to get there The beach staff are not friendly towards solo travellers and prioritise serving the bigger tables over you even when youre there first The building is so confusing!!! No tour was shown to me at all and I got lost multiple times The light switch for the bedroom is so confusing and the concierge told em to find. White switch when it was just the panel board the whole time… Frustrating experience overall!

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! One of the highlights was the huge variety of activities available throughout the day, which made every moment enjoyable and entertaining. The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and always willing to help with anything at any time. We also loved the evening kids’ movie nights. The fact that you can buy popcorn and enjoy a real cinema-like experience made it even more special. This is one of those places where you genuinely feel that nothing is missing. Everything is thoughtfully organized to make guests feel comfortable and cared for. We can’t wait to come back in the future and create more wonderful memories here. Overall, an amazing hotel that we would happily recommend and look forward to visiting again!

The only small suggestion we would make is regarding the evening entertainment schedule. On some nights, live music was taking place very close to the movie screening area, which made it quite difficult to hear the film. A little more separation between these activities, or some adjustment to the sound levels, would make the movie experience even better.

Rooms were clean & spacious. Staff were friendly. Plenty of good restaurants for food options. Ayodya is right on the beach so you have the option of the pool or the ocean.

Can take a little time to find your way around because it’s a pretty lager resort.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer sind nicht besonders groß. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer ließ sich nicht regulieren. Wir haben zweimal das Personal gerufen, sie haben versucht, etwas zu machen, aber leider ohne Erfolg – die Temperatur der Klimaanlage blieb bei 16–17 Grad. Mit eingeschalteter Klimaanlage war es im Zimmer sehr kalt, wir haben uns erkältet. Ohne Klimaanlage entstand sofort ein Schimmelgeruch und die Luft wurde sehr feucht, sodass sich überall Kondenswasser bildete. Die Spiegel waren beschlagen, man konnte kaum durch das Zimmer gehen, da der Boden feucht und rutschig war. Das Hotel hat uns nicht gefallen.

Everything you need on site. We don’t normally choose big resorts like this, but now see the appeal. Good choice of food on site. Excellent breakfast. Lovely staff. Only 30 mins from airport. Perfect after the long slog from Europe. Bali Collection shopping area 15 mins walk. Lovely beach with plenty of loungers.
