Excelente ubicacion! Céntrico! A unas 4 cuadras del malecón! El personal de recepcion muy amables y atentas. Tbn los bellboys. Nos tocó habitación recientemente remodelada, piso 3, moderna tecnología de acceso mediante escaneo de llave. Limpieza 10. Jabón líquido, shampoo, acondicionador, crema, en dispensadores modernos. Papel higienico 10. Toallas 10. Baño lujoso y moderno 10. El desayuno incluido: variado, sabroso, café delicioso, jugo, etc. Muy amable el personal de cocina. La alberca de buen tamaño, excelente vista al mar desde el 4° piso.

Tuvimos olor desagradable proveniente del resumido de la regadera (tapamos con plástico). Hizo falta alguna cajonera para guardar ropa y otras cosas (desodorante, maquillaje, etc). El ropero muy chico para 2 personas quedándose 5 dias... Falta un pasamanos y barandal en el área de la alberca. Los portapapel en los baños del área de alberca estaban atorando el papel... y parece que aún no terminan el remodelado...

Me dieron una habitación terrible la televisión se mojaba con el aire acondicionado no había iluminación suficiente en el cuarto y la comida estaba como nunca muy mala calidad nunca había pasado esto y finalmente nos cambiaron de habitación a una nueva
