Lovely modern and spacious accommodation with quality furnishings and bed linen. The restaurant food was lovely and we used the indoor pool and paddle court.

Nothing. The accommodation had everything in terms of toiletries and a starter kit of washing up liquid and dish washer tablets, perhaps a couple of laundry detergent capsules would have been useful along with a few essential condiments.

Fourth visit and, as always, restaurant staff and housekeeping were outstanding — especially Natalino and Daniela, who provided excellent service in the restaurant. The gym is good

Overall facilities and villas are looking tired and in need of updating. The villa was generally clean, although mirrors and wardrobes were dusty. On reception, I found Andre unwelcoming, and we were wrongly accused of having breakfast. Although it was eventually resolved, it was uncomfortable. The owners need to reinvest to keep the facilities fresh; otherwise, with so much choice in the Algarve, guests won’t return.

Toller Service beim Frühstück. Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig, sauber und es war einfach angenehm als Familie ausreichend Platz und vor allem Bäder zu haben!

Wie schon of erwähnt, bei schlechtem Wetter ist es etwas dunkel und es gibt zu wenig Haken für die Jacken. Aber trotzdem war das nichts, was groß gestört hatte

Extended check out hours and courtesy of staff to provide bottled water for the travel (even without us asking). They made customised veg breakfast on request. There was no hot water for a brief period, but the technician promptly fixed it.

Property needs some renovation, mirror was old, staircases had stains. No basic cooking ingredients like salt,sugar, oil ( only vessels are available). Very low lightning levels. Hardly any vegetarian options for lunch/dinner, all that have is veg pasta.

Our initial reaction was a wow factor but that faded when reality set in. Lighting in living area far too dim Difficult to read No instructions for kitchen equipment or air conditioning Lack of full length mirror Symbols on oven not legible as faded away Netflix could not be cast to the tv using an iPhone only an android phone Lounge furniture not suitable for short person, very uncomfortable.

Le petit déjeuner était très bien fruits frais charcuterie fromage…… Le personnel á l ‘écoute. Et très disponible .

Great place, very good location, ideal place for a great vacation, we spent two months there, service was great, the villa has ample space with their upstairs bedroom it gives a good atmosphere to relax or to receive guess for dinner or drink

It was a return visit to this area and spa village, we have been multiple times and love the accommodation and facilities. The staff are friendly and welcoming always happy to help.
