I have stayed with this place several times and the service is amazing. The staff always has smiles on their faces and they all greet you so pleasantly. If you have a request they get on it immediately. A 5 Star treatment. One early morning I had an issue with noise and called the desk to address it with the other guests causing the noise . I contacted him 2 times and it was not addressed. I conferred with the GM the next morning and he handled it and I was totally satisfied. The place is very close to the middle of everything and all within walking distance. Restaurants, events, bars, clubs all within short blocks of walking if not next door. THe beach is 2 short blocks away and the Malecon is a beautiful walk along the beach with so many beautiful and interesting sculptures along the way. I am definitely returning to this gem in old city of PV! I highly suggest it! I have stayed at 5 star resorts and never receive such pleasant greetings and friendlyness from ALL staff!
