Очень красивая и ухоженная территория. Вкусная еда. Отличные коктейли готовят. Все продумано до мелочей. Отель не шумный, музыка играет приглушенная. Красивые виды заката.

Отель переполнен. Везде очереди: завтрак, ужин, бар. На бассейн не попасть, если не встать в 7 утра: лежаки заняты полотенцами. Номера устарели сильно. Проблемы с розетками. Кондиционер шумит громко, спать не удобно. Сомнения по поводу качества уборки. Плюс на 3ий день появились тараканы в номере. Номер обработали. Неприятный осадок остался. Никаких бонусов за этот инцидент не предложили.

Overall, our stay was good and we were satisfied with the food, cleanliness, and most of the staff. The restaurant staff were perfect – very kind and attentive. The young man at the reception wearing the black suit who welcomed us was also extremely polite and made a very good impression. However, we had a serious issue when our children got sick and we needed to bring food to the room. The organization was very poor. We asked the blonde lady at the reception area for assistance, but she refused and told us to order through room service. Considering that we had an all-inclusive package, we expected this to be free of charge, especially in such a situation. After that, we had to go down to the buffet again, prepare the food ourselves, and then wait for it to be delivered to the room, which took quite a long time despite the fact that the children were ill. In addition, the reception manager was not very friendly when we asked for a late check-out because of the children’s condition. Overall, we felt well welcomed, but there was no personal attitude or proper farewell when we left. The food and housekeeping were excellent.

Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, besonders die zwei deutschsprachigen Damen an der Rezeption. Wunderschöne und saubere Anlage . Das Essen in den Restaurants war auf sehr hohem Niveau. Der Abba Abend war eine hervorragende Idee der für eine super Urlaubs Atmosphäre gesorgt hat. Das Hotel liegt zentral zur Altstadt ( es gibt eine Bushaltestelle ca. 100 Meter vom Hotel entfernt, für 2,50€ pro Ticket ist man in 25 Minuten in der wunderschönen Altstadt) und zum Flughafen. Der lange Strand lädt zu abendlichen Spaziergängen ein. Alles in allem ein rundum gelungener Urlaub, der keine Wünsche offen lässt. Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt und können dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Danke für diese wunderbare Auszeit 🫶🏻

Poziom Grecotelu jak zawsze bardzo wysoki, piękna infrastruktura hotelowa, choć już nieco leciwa. Znakomita obsługa, choć nieco narzucająca się. Wspaniałe powitanie, uprzejmość na każdym kroku, choć z wyjątkami. Pomieszczenia w głównym budynku nieco przytłaczające. Działający Kids Club. Niczego nie brakowało. Jedzenie z najwyższej półki, choć nie uniknięto potknięć - wysuszone potrawy nie powinny się zdarzyć. Ogólnie nikt się nie zawiedzie, choć do luksusu chyba nieco zabrakło. Bez wątpienia jednak stosunek jakości do ceny znakomity.

Grecotel to Grecotel, jednakże obiekt nie spełnił moich oczekiwań. Wcześniej korzystałem z pobytu w Casa Marron na wybrzeżu Morza Jońskiego i tamten obiekt oceniam zdecydowanie wyżej - głównie ze względu na położenie i infrastrukturę. Dama Dama jest położona w centrum miasta i to rodzi ograniczenia. Mniejsza powierzchnia hotelu, mniej urządzeń, bardzo zatłoczony wieczorami niewielki taras.

Food was good, beach bar great, the kids can play around safely, staff is very helpful

The main building rooms are somewhat old, but they are clean and ok
