Hilton Garden Inn Seattle/Bothell

Room not Hilton standard, noisy, permanently running fridge (no switch-off possibility), wash table sink almost not working, gym access with key card not in function, poor, noisy air condition, good breakfast with excellent porridge

The lobby, business center and bar were all under construction. Seems like the rates should be docpubted considering. The bathroom was also dated. Would have been a nice hitel at half the price but thats the last time i wojld stay at a hilton

Not much personality. Bathroom shower tile starting to mold - needs updating.

When we arrived to check in, there was no one at the front desk for at least 15 minutes. When the staff member arrived, he said, “sorry for the wait”. We also asked him about an event that was happening at the hotel and he said he didn’t know about it.

My flight was canceled, so now I can't get a refund.

The staff was so nice and helpful the hotel it's self was clean. The room was very nice. There was a dead fly on the night stand and a couple beatle like things in the kitchen but I do think bugs happen no matter where you go? The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on in my life.y partner ended up sleeping on the couch and said it was like concrete. The room was nice other than that. Loved the big bath tub we were in a king one bedroom suite
