No hot water. Dirty throughout property
No tv or refrigerator
This hotel is ghost and fraud. Arrive at hotel's location and there was no hotel to be found. Called the hotel, no response. Talked to Exped and they also try to call hotel but no response. Finally, Expedia helped me to cancel the booking.
No wifi, no light in the room(only the bathroom), no TV, the shower curtain fell off and wouldn't stay up, no water pressure. Common areas dirty
It was closed!!!!
Booked a room here and when I arrived 20 minutes later, the hotel had no power and no one in the lobby.
No one will be at the front desk in the evening after (I’m not sure what hour). DO NOT BOOK A ROOM AFTER 10:00pm! The rooms are non-refundable and no one is able to help you check in. Call before paying to stay there.
