O café da manhã precisa melhorar. Faltam itens importantes como ovos mexidos, sucos naturais e frutas.

As acomodações são boas, a cama grande e confortável.

La camera molto luminosa, confortevole, spaziosa e silenziosa. Ero al 4 piano. E' stato un piacere soggiornarci.

Direi nulla, tutto mi ha soddisfatto, la posizione centrale, la camera e anche la colazione.

It is so nice to be trusted, pay on check out seems so old fashioned but I much prefer it. Everything was spot on, really impressed.

We stayed here before - but in January. We returned on May 2nd. Room looks great. Until we tried to turn on the AC. I went down to reception. They tapped something into the computer and sent me back to the room. The AC was still not working. We hadn’t unpacked. So we arrived down to reception with our bags. Innocently assuming the problem was just that room and they would change us to another room. Only then were we informed that the AC does not operate until June. So why send me back to the room the first time? We sat in reception with our bags and phoned another hotel. The Grand Hotel, just up the street. The receptionist there assured me that their AC was working fine. The receptionist at Buonconsiglio - to be fair - assured me that I would not be charged. I wish hotels would not advertise AC when they have a policy of limiting the months when it actually works.
