Pokoje čisté, probíhá zde denní úklid pokud jej neodmítnete. Teplota v pokojích dostačující, Snídaně dostačující, každý si pokrm v rámci snídaně dle mého vybere, pestrost dobrá.

Není zde společenská místnost, s kamarády si večer nesednete. Bar umístěný v budově zavírá zpravidla ve 20:00h., a tím pádem přicházíte o možnost posezení s příteli. Posezení, stoly a jakási společenská místnost je součástí baru tudíž v době nepřítomnosti personálu zavřená. Nefunkční vysoušeč lyžáků a snowboardových bot v lyžárně.
