Heel vriendelijke ontvangst, goede service, heerlijk ontbijt. Het hotel is perfect gelegen in het stadscentrum, met vele horeca gelegenheden in de buurt en alle bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Prachtige kamers, met een goed werkende airco, fijne douche, apart toilet, prima bedden. Kortom, een perfect verblijf. Om te parkeren, vantevoren aanmelden, dan kun je bij het hotel een plek reserveren.

Hotel Harmony is in a fantastic location for exploring Ghent. Besides being right on the main canal you’ll find everything walkable from there. The hotel was very comfortable and super clean. Our room was very up to date and had everything we could hope for. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was the best on our 3+ week trip. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. We were able to leave our luggage both before and after our stay. Turn left outside the front door and in a couple of minutes you’ll find a bunch of very good restaurants.

The hotel is well located. It is clean the staff is mostly helpful. The rooms are nice and the pool is definitely a bonus. The breakfast was fantastic. Lots of choices and the waitstaff couldn't have been any more helpful. To be honest: the pillows were the worst hotel pillows I've ever encountered. There was one very hard Square pillow and a soft pillow. Both weren't very large and we're difficult to sleep with. When I asked the front desk for an extra pillow, you would have thought I asked if I could bring in pink elephants the way she looked at me. That was my only complaint. Otherwise, the hotel is pretty perfect. Show less
