Ibis Wavre Brussels East Le personnel a été aux petits soins pour rendre notre séjour particulièrement agréable. Hakan, le Directeur, ainsi que toute son équipe, se sont montrés très accueillants, attentifs et toujours à l’écoute. Toutes mes demandes particulières concernant la chambre ont été prises en compte, et même au-delà de mes attentes. les chambres sont très propres et ce fut un réel plaisir de séjourner dans cet hôtel. Je recommande vivement cet établissement, les yeux fermés. De nombreux commerces et restaurants se trouvent à une dizaine de minutes à pied, ce qui est très pratique. Merci encore pour votre accueil, et à bientôt !

Revêtement du sol de la douche digne d’un hôpital. L’eau coulait vers le WC et le lavabo. Même pas de bouteille d’eau et bouilloire pour faire un thé ou café. Une plinthe presque pourrie près de la sdb.
