The kind receptionist, Emilio, was very gentle and helpful. He showed on a map the places to visit and guided me to the room when I did the checking. Also the checkout process was easy with a warm good bye.

Breakfast was really good, especially tea!

Amazing experience

The staff was very nice and the location was very close to the center as well to some restaurants, parks and green areas. There's also parking available and can be used which is also useful.

The room was a bit smaller than expected and some parts of the accomodation could use some improvement (le.g. the water tap from the toilet was missing a piece, the entrance door was old not shutting properly, etc.). Probably the most upsetting part was that the walls are not well insulated and you can hear the other neighbors.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast good, we enjoy stay. Was there not first time, and we will come back. Great part of city, quiet , clean, not so far from tram station and not far from old town and city center.

Good location close to city centre, very kind and helpful staff, very comfortable room, stable wi-fi. Happy to store my luggage which I massively appreciate. Only stayed for two nights but my room was cleaned after the first night which was impressive!

Bedsheets had a couple of stains. Couldn’t find a bottle opener to use the mini-bar bottles. Couldn’t figure out how to control the radiator in the room. All minor details however, so generally a very good hotel and I would gladly stay again!
