I stayed at Somerset West Bay Doha for an extended period while managing a demanding work schedule, and the experience was consistently excellent. The team (top to bottom) demonstrated a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail throughout my stay. Requests were handled promptly and efficiently, and the overall standard of service made a real difference during a busy and often pressured period of work. A particular mention to the guest services team, whose support and approachability were genuinely appreciated. The environment was well managed, comfortable, and dependable - exactly what you need when travelling for business. I would not hesitate to stay here again on future visits to Qatar and would confidently recommend Somerset West Bay Doha to other business travelers.

Great hotel with an amazing ocean view. The staff at the front desk are very welcoming and always available to help. I definitely recommend staying here!
