Hotel, izba, prostredie boli super. Bezproblémové parkovanie v cene aj v najvyššej sezóne. Dobrý wellness v cene plusom.

Komunikácia o strave: 1. Pri rezervácii hotela s polpenziou som nebol informovaný, že za silvestrovskú večeru budem ešte priplácať. 2. Po rezervácii stola na silvestrovskú večeru pre dvoch sme boli usadení k väčšiemu stolu s cudzími ľuďmi. 3. Na večeru na druhý deň sme neboli vopred informovaní o nutnosti vybrať si jedlo vopred a potom nám bolo ponúknuté len jedno jedlo, ktoré moje dieťa nemôže jesť a ako náhrada len vyprážaný syr.

Hezký menší hotel pro dovolenou v Tatrách. Skvělé jako výchozí bod pro různé výlety. Do centra Smokovce 10min chůze.

Postel spíše tvrdší ale to neznepříjemnilo nás pobyt.

Personál, či už na recepcii alebo v reštaurácii, bol nesmierne milý a láskavý, skutočne nebolo nič, s čím by nám ochotne a s úsmevom nepomohli alebo neporadili. Potešili aj koláče na privítanie v izbe, s raňajkami aj trojchodovou večerou sme boli veľmi spokojní. Hotel sa nachádza v tichej lokalite s pekným výhľadom, dobrou dostupnosťou a veľmi blízko je aj zastávka TEŽ. Ďakujeme 😊
