"S ubytováním jsme byli velmi spokojeni a splnilo naše představy. Personál je milý a vstřícný."

Snídaně byly formou švédských stolů a byly velmi dobré. Měli jsme polopenzi a večeře servírované o 3 chodech, byly doslova vynikající. Je zde skutečně výborná domácí kuchyně s možností vybrat si ze 4 druhů jídel, včetně bezmasé varianty.

"Wystarczający hotel na kilkudniowy pobyt rodzinny w górach."

Hotel w świetnej lokalizacji, blisko do "centrum" Smokovca, do stacji kolejki szynowej itp a jednocześnie w zacisznym miejscu, gdzie swobodnie można spacerować z pieskiem i dzieckiem. Możliwość noclegu z psem to duży atut. Obsługa miła, uczynna i pomocna. Pokój czysty w porządku. Łóżka wygodne. Śniadanie ok, świeże pieczywo i owoce oraz ciepły dodatek całkiem smaczny. Dostęp do sauny po całym dniu maszerowania to cenny atut hotelu.

Brakowało mi lodówki w pokoju. Zwłaszcza, że byłam z pieskiem i musiałam obsługę poprosić o przechowanie karmy, co w sumie bez problemu zrobili.
