Quiet location but close to esplanade and CBD attractions. Great staff, clean room, comfortable bed, excellent shower pressure, good wifi and secure parking

We liked everything but the gardens could have done with a tidy up.

Having a patio room was great. Tea Coffee facilities good.

Trivial but sometimes bed was not made...I always pulled cover up but it was not fixed. Cups or glasses not washed or replaced. No detergent if I was responsible for cleaning cups

Simplicité et souplesse de réservation. Ce n'est pas le cas partout, surtout en late checkin. C'était notre deuxième passage dans l'établissement. Nous y reviendrons certainement.
