Location, beautiful building, very clean, very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff, safe and quiet part on edge of all the hustle of Medina

Hot water doesn’t last very long - I believe it was a minor issue in my particular room.

Great, attentive service and hospitality from Faoud, the manager, and super clean rooms and common spaces. Quiet relaxation just steps away from the busy Medina. Appreciated that Foued helped us to download the app that allowed us to navigate the Medina on our own. A big help!

We really liked the hospitality provided by Fouad, the manager of the Riad, he was really friendly and welcoming, and made us mint tea when we arrived, and gave us many recommendations. He was 10/10 in terms of customer service, it made our first time in Morocco a lot easier and enjoyable. The Riad was cosy and peaceful, a nice place to relaxed away from the medina.

There was no air con on our floor which the other rooms had and we were told we would have in our descriptioin, but otherwise everything else was great.

A really lovely riad, beautifully decorated and remarkably cool on the ground floor during some very hot weather. Very friendly and obliging staff especially Fouad, the manager, who was always prepared to help with any enquiry.

It’s close to a busy market area which may not be to everybody’s taste but it is the real, everyday Medina.

Our stay was amazing! Fouad made us feel very welcome and gave us good tips and recommendations. He was super helpful, friendly, and communicative! The Riad is a short walk from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. As two women, we felt very safe and could explore everything we planned for. I will definitely recommend staying at Riad Zara and experiencing Fouad's hospitality.
