"An excellent stay where you are well looked after and nothing is a problem!"

We stayed at the Ovolo as we were going to a gig at the Triffid which we were pleasantly surprised to find was just around the corner! The Ovolo exceeded our expectations! It was in a precinct with restaurants, bars and shops. The hotel was thoughtfully decorated with interesting decor and even had a lolly buffet in the foyer! The team were lovely and accomodating, even when we accidentally arrived an hour before check in. Our room was clean and comfy, the beds and pillows were fabulous! We were allowed extra towels and our room was refreshed daily. Our car was valet parked but we did see a Wilson’s carpark next door, and across the road if people were looking for another option. Pool bar area was sunny and fun! Great glassware!!!

We couldn’t figure out how to cast to the TV but that’s a first world problem and didn’t impact our stay.

The staff are always so helpful and friendly. We like how quiet the rooms are. The selection of pillows is welcomed. We enjoy the central location - we can travel by taxi or uber to theatres, galleries and restaurants. It's 4 minutes by uber to Agnes. Close to cafes for breakfast. We always stay at Ovolo when we visit Brisbane. We appreciate you.
