Overall room ok. Parking very tight Smoke from smokers came into the room during the nigjt They did let us check in early which was nice.

Location was amazing, so so so clean!! Went to Tumut for the Rock the Turf festuval - due to location, I parked my car on arrival and never used it as location was great. Will be using this hotel next year.
