Tallinn Viimsi SPA

I recently stayed at Tallinn Viimsi SPA Hotel and had a mixed experience. Upon arrival, I mentioned that it was my birthday and requested a larger room since I was traveling with my small child. Dmitry at the reception kindly upgraded our room without informing us about any additional charges for my 3-year-old daughter's bed. However, at checkout, the unfriendly Jekaterina presented a bill that included fees for two nights for the additional bed. I explained that Dmitry did not mention these charges, especially since I had noted that I am a regular guest, it was my birthday, and we had booked two massages. We enjoyed the twice-booked Lomi Lomi Hawaiian massages (60 minutes each) and the delicious ice cream milkshake in the spa. Victoria, the housekeeper, was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the breakfast staff were not smiling and did not make us feel welcome. Overall, due to this experience, I will look elsewhere for my next trip to Tallinn.

Hotelli aika vanhan oloinen, remontti menossa. Huoneessa ei ilmastointia, eikä lämmityksen säätömahdollisuutta. Ei myöskään esim. Vedenkeitintä ja jääkaappikin oli lämmin. Hotelli rauhallinen. Aamupala ok. Huoneen hintaan kuului spa osaston käyttö, se oli mukavaa.

Hotellihuone oli siisti ja sänky erittäin mukava. Huoneessa oli jo näin toukokuussa älyttömän kuuma, eikä huoneessa ilma liikkunut mihinkään suuntaan. Tämä oli tietysti todella iso miinus. Respasta saatiin pöytätuuletin joka auttoi nukkumaan, mutta ei pöytätuulettimella saa huonetta viileäksi. Aamupala oli perustasoa ja palvelu oikein hyvää. Pyörätuolilla liikkuessa olisi kiva jos hotellin sivuilla olisi paremmin kerrottu esteettömyydestä, kuten siitä ettei kylpylässä ole käytössä suihkupyörätuolia.

Muuten kaikki hyvin, mutta viilennys puuttui. Illalla huone oli kuuma..

Ihan hyvä hotelli, siisteydestä miinusta pyyhkeet likaisia, lattiat pölyisiä ja osittain rikki. Kesällä huoneet todella kuumat ei ilmastointia. Aamupala suppea. Spa oli mukava, saunojan unelma. Nyt Aquapark remontissa josta ei mitään mainintaa ja muutenkin remontti kesken hotelissa… lasten leikki huone TODELLA iso plussa.

The hotel and spa are great value for money. 27 euro per person to use the spa (18 area included) for the duration of the stay. Free large parking area also a big bonus. The room itself is nothing special but certainly does the job and is warm during the cold nights. A bit of noise in the bathroom from neighbouring bathrooms due to them being connected via the vents/pipes.

Hyvä hinta-laatusuhde, ilmainen pysäköinti ja kylpylän käyttö plussaa. Kylpylähotellin ravintola myös hinnoiltaan kilpailukykyinen, ja laadukas. Yhden yön perusteella ei huonoa sanottavaa.

Hyvä palvelu, puhtaat tilat ja hyvä ruoka. Mahtava Spa kokemus ja paljon erilaisia saunoja. Suosittelen!
