New Park Hotel

The hotel's location is incredible, the staff are very friendly, and the cleanliness is excellent. I will return before the end of my trip to Jordan.

Great location, a few minutes away from The citadel, in the heart of downtown, close to food and shops streets. Knowing that Amman is built upon hills, you barely climbs to get to the hotel. They helped me a lot and decisively about an information on transportation that was crucial for me, for what i am very thankful to them. In general, great value for what i paid, the breakfast is not like crazy but it is better than nothing for the little they charge for the room. It is even convenient for budget travelers used to dormitories. You can pay here for a private room with all its pros the price for dormitories in most places with all the cons you have to bear.

The facilities in the room were a little bit old and not well maintained. The sink was leaking a little after a while..But once again still great value, all nothing unforgivable taking into account the price.

The location was great, just a few minutes’ walk from the center, shops, and restaurants. We were given a room upgrade upon arrival, and it was very nice. A special mention to Yousif at reception, who greeted us so warmly, providing us with everything we needed, and most importantly, making excellent recommendations for local restaurants to try—really delicious!

Location is good.

Room was filthy. Towels were still wet and stained. Door looked like someone had broken into it and lock was difficult to work. Bathroom door didn’t shut properly. Mugs provided in the room had already been used.

A very good hotel, the service is excellent and very fast, and the reception staff are helpful with everything. I recommend the hotel 100%, and I will return next time.

الموقع ممتاز جدا في وسط البلد وقريب من المطاعم والمحلات التجارية وهناك مكان لاصطفاف السيارة مقابل الفندق .

لا يوجد مصعد من باب الفندق الرئيسي لغاية الاستقبال في الطابق الاول .
