Very clean, great location only a 5 minute walk to central queenstown

Fridge was a little noisy in unit 4

Good location, warm

Rooms & facilities a bit dated

Spacious room, excellent location, heating, comfortable beds, helpful staff.

The location was terrific as close to centre of Queenstown and nice walk through gardens. View to the mountains from our unserviced room was outstanding. Underfloor heating in bathroom definately a winner there!

Nothing. A suggestion perhaps to supply a long length mirror somewhere as certainly enough wall space or even behind a cupboard door would be useful for all guests.

Everything, the location was awesome, I could walk everywhere. Down to the centre of town, restaurants, shops, adventure and just across the street the lovely gardens to saunter in. I loved everything about it and would certainly return there on my next visit.

The property was clean, bed was very comfortable, underfloor heating was great and location was a short walk into town. An overall great night’s stay.

Perfect location and very comfy

Lovely big bed and comfy pillows. Easy walk to town nearby. Room is spacious and pleasant little balcony to sit out on overlooking park with 2 photos below showing autumn trees and mountain views from balcony. Lucky to park car undercover. ( not many car parks available)
