Vogafjós Guesthouse

This property is a treat as they have a farm, restaurant and the inn. We enjoyed everything except the wind and rain - lol! The owner/manager was super helpful with Road.IS as a big storm was on our heels and many roads were closed. I would highly recommend this property!

The room is quiet and a bit far from the restaurant, but the food was delicious and you could even see the cows being milked on site.

Absolutely amazing! One of our favorite stays, rooms were simple but exactly what we needed. Don’t skip a visit to the cows and the restaurant was absolutely fantastic.

Pictures on the website do not do justice. Our room was modern and impeccable. Restaurant was good. Internet service was poor when we stayed.

Unfortunately we could hear our neighbors talking all night, and they were not talking loudly.

Great place with good restaurant for diner, good breakfast. The room was big and well decorated.

This guesthouse is in prime location but is extremely expensive for the quality. It is maybe 2 star accomodation. A clean room with a comfortable bed- zero amenities in the room, more like a cabin with running water but the cost of a 4 star hotel elsewhere. The restaurant and service were good but I would rather pay slightly more for something nicer. So far my least favorite spot of 6 nights of our trip.

The cottages were great, the dining luxurious, and the whole place, from being able to pet the cows in the barn to the incredible attention from the staff made it a great stay.

Beautiful, modern, working farm. Amazing breakfast.

Nice, clean place to stay in convenient location. No real restaurants though. There are towns 30 minutes away that offer food and lodging.
