The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. The sea view is beautiful and is probably the strongest feature of this property. We appreciate the effort of the team, as they were always polite and welcoming.

Unfortunately, the hotel was a major disappointment. The property feels old, worn out, and in urgent need of renovation. Our room showed clear signs of age, including damaged corners, worn furniture, and mold around the air-conditioning vents. While the photos look attractive online, the reality was very different. We travel frequently and usually stay in quality hotels throughout Thailand, but this was one of the few places where we decided to move to another hotel immediately after checking in. We only left our luggage there because our reservation was non-refundable. This review is not about money we did not even request a refund. The issue was simply that the overall condition of the property did not meet our expectations and did not reflect the rating we saw online.

Everything, staff amazing, food especially Breakfast included in the price. Location, the view lots of parking for both our cars!

Pas de climatisation dans la réception

The facilities and hotel room had a lot of potential and visually looked really nice

I imagine due to low season the room hadn’t been used for a while which meant that the hot tub wasn’t clean and all the water lines smelt of sewage when used. Other than the guy on reception who was super helpful, we seemed very much an inconvenience to the rest of the staff. We asked for a toastie on the first day at 4pm, took over 90 minutes to come, and only when I asked them to cancel it so we could instead go for dinner, they said ‘1 minute’ and proceeded to bring out a cold toastie that has clearly been sitting on the side. We also asked for cocktails and they asked us to delay these for over an hour as they didn’t have the staff to make them. We just thought this was a few teething issues, but due to a late lunch we took a ride around town to have a look at the island in which a lot of the restaurants were under maintenance due to low season, by the time we got back at 8.50pm (last orders were meant to be at 9.30 and restaurant shuts at 10) the staff were closing the restaurant over an hour early, told us they had sent the chef home and shut the doors on us. We had to have a 7-eleven dinner on our first night in Koh Lanta, and this was our honeymoon trip!

Das liebenswerte Personal fällt mir als wichtigster Punkt ein. Das Wahnsinns Frühstück nicht zu vergessen 🥳. A la Carte was man wünscht und Buffett mit Früchten und Thailändischen Sweets. Die Betten schön weich. Nicht so bretthart wie sonst in Thailand. Von allen Zimmern ein schöner Meerblick .

Eigentlich gibt es nicht viel zu kritisieren. Mir war es ein wenig zu laut. Der Strassenlärm ist gut zu hören und auch die Nachbarn wenn sie die halbe Nacht Stühle im Zimmer rumschieben . Oder die Türen knallen. Aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts . Im Pool war zu viel Chlor. Einmal rein gehen reichte uns deshalb.
