The staff are great!

My experience was quite different from what I expected. There was a lot of noise from other guests staying at the hotel, as well as some noise from the construction site next door. The room also had an unpleasant smell throughout my stay. Another major issue was the bed. It consisted of two single beds pushed together, which were extremely uncomfortable and unstable. They kept separating, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. I would recommend that the management invest in better-quality beds and improve the overall comfort and maintenance of the rooms.

Perfect central location, close to beach and walkable to the Old Town. All the staff were very welcoming and efficient. Restaurant staff made our 54th Wedding Anniversary very special, big shout out to Stella, Anastasia, Aldo, Ilias and John. Beach attendant also very good at finding sun beds and parasols.

Disappointing all in all. 1st allocated room was a double bed instead of 2 singles as requested. The balcony, which was booked, was directly facing building works on a narrow road which meant significant amounts of dust and debris was floating across the balcony which made it unusable. Upon changing room the towels in the new room were covered in makeup and hairs.... definitely not fresh washed towels. Rooms are outdated and need renovation. Bath panel is broken with sharp edges, the shower screen is fixed and the seal covered in mould. Bath isn't usable as the soap tray is at one end and the plug the other meaning you can't really use the bath and have to utilise the shower. The all inclusive was limited beyond anything I'm used to. 3 main meal choices or pizza at evening meals, burgers at the pool bar are chargeable which wasa surpise, you only have a limited selection of hotdogs fries and crepes. The sun loungers by the pool dont have any cushions on them and are in poor condition, with peeling to the frames and holes in the mesh. The pool area is also exceptionally small. Having stayed at the mitsis chain a few times previously this was a disappointment across the board. Location is good for walking into old town, I understand that this is a 4* not a 5* which i stayed at previously but the gaps shouldn't be this vast. The reception team and management were good at listening to our issues and made steps to rectify but they can only do so much. This was booked due to the mitsis brand security which has been lacking at this hotel. It feels more like an adequate 3* rather than a 4

Just back today from a 9 night stay , we had a fab time location is great not far to the beach loads of places to eat and drink and shopping too, Also the old town was about a 15 min walk, The hotel was lovely and clean and everyone was welcoming and helpful what a fantastic team, we will definetly be returning, the pool is small but there is sun beds available on the beach, I liked the fact that the pool area was locked until 9.30am so if you wanted a sun bed you needed to queue up arould 9.15, fresh towels available every day,the food was lovely and plentyful, a different theme every night for the week, also nightly entertainment if you wanted it, Would highly recommend this hotel beds were comfy too

Me and my wife arrived late at night and were greeted with a cold glass on wine and a easy check in . Rooms were a bit dated but they were cleaned everyday . I was to tall for the shower but my wife says it was lovely. We were in a room across from the building works and despite what people say you cannot hear much at all untill you open the door to the balcony but that's fine as your romm is fully AC . The food was great a different theme every night and cooked very well and plenty to chooses from . All the staff and i mean all the staff were lovely and hard working to the pizza guy to Zara who ushered you to your table and the guys in the bar at night always happy to help but just say please and thank you manners goes a long way . Where the hotel sits is great close to lots of bars if you want to go out and 10min walk into the old town as well . My only disappointment is the pool is too small And you have to queue up between 9-9:30 before they open up to get a bed . The pool gets shaded by around 3 o'clock so not much sun after that .
