Natural setting. Quiet.

Facilities not fully available due to monsoon season. Too few guests so the restaurant not open but served breakfast. Pool didn’t appear to be serviced daily. Few amenities. No phone in the room and a long walk to reception. Remote location.

While this property is quite old, it is in a beautiful location and the staff are working very hard to keep it up. I believe with some key repairs and good makeover (deep cleaning and painting) this could reach 4 1/2 star rating.

I am a returning guest to this resort. This time I stayed in a room in the main building, having a partial sea view. The beachfront swimming-pool is a fine place to relax and cool off. The garden is nice. However, it is poorly lit at night and there are snakes to watch for. We nearly stepped on one big snake near the main office!
