Libil se nam hotel celkove, vybaveni bylo skvele. Jidlo bylo uzasne. Spousta aktivit. Personal se k nam a detem choval skvele. Deti dostali maly darecek na uvitanou. Pokoje uklizeli kazdy den, rucniky nam kontrolovali zda nepotrebujeme vymenit. Jako pozornost nam donesli talir s dezertem baklavy. minibar a kavu s caji stale doplnovali. V restauraci nam vzdy dovedli ke stolu a donesli piti.

Schlechtes Essen (Lebensmittelvergiftung) und keine sauberen Zimmer. Bucht man ein Taxi über das Hotel, zahlt man 10€ mehr.

The location and access to the beach are great, very near by, the beach sandy and clean and very pleasant. The pool and the bars are also nice, accessible, relaxing and the bars a have variety of drinks and snacks. The gym - brand new, high level, very fun to use. Good selection of equipment and clean.

The rooms - we ordered the one with the private pool, it overlooks the driveway where everyone can see you, so no privacy. Also no greenery, just a driveway? Not even a sunbed or shade, simply not worth it. Not to mention it is not accessible by wheels in case you have a baby stroller. The food - simply terrible, the main restaurant is very poor, I got a food poisoning including fever, diarrhea and vomit from the food there. The selection is poor, quality even poorer. The hotel has “a La carta” restaurants which are part of the hotel and can “book” a place there in advance (of course nobody at the reception tells you how, you need find it yourself), the Greek and Italian restaurant and the brunch are ok, but the Asian, and the rest are terrible, like a 9 years old kid decided to cook for the first time. Also this model is simply wrong because if don’t book in time you won’t have a spot although most time you see that the restaurant is half empty. They tell you that you can book each one only once but that’s not true, if you ask nicely they’ll agree to book more.. this brings me to the guest relations and the staff, they don’t provide you with information, everything you have to find out yourself. I asked for a bottle of water to my room once, still waiting on it until this day. Once I asked to order a taxi for certain time, the guy in the hotel said it can’t be done although just a day previously the girl at the reception did just that. Also the beds are super uncomfortable, it says queen bed but it is intact to single beds with a soft “top” on it that only made it more uncomfortable. Also this hotel pretends to be kid friendly, we told them we come with a baby yet there was nothing in the room, no baby cot or bath. We had to beg the receptionist until they provided one and the again for the mattress of the bed… One time the AC in the room started leaking like crazy, they fixed it, but still it was working somewhat poorly.
