very good, very nice, very friendly staff, good location

The hotel was so bad we just lost our money and went to stay in a place in Parker. Partly this is our fault as we couldnt get into the reviews due to a computer glitch so we just took our chances when we booked it. I agree with the previous reviews. It wasnt just shabby but dirty, air conditioners were filthy, and parts of the hotel were under repair but not completed.

Se could not enter the first room we were assigned because the keycard lock was out of battery. The room we hereafter got had a bad smell!!

The hotel has permanent residents. The room we had was okay at first, but after one night it had a very bad smell to it. After the second night we found a syringe in one of the beds.

The guy Jason at the front desk never received our confirmation from Expedia. Once we contacted Expedia Jason told them and us he only had rooms available the first night then the second night we would have to switch rooms. The third night we would have to find a new hotel. It was my first time using Expedia and it was a disaster. Although the Expedia representatives were nice and found us a room we still were delayed 4 hours trying to get this solved all while hanging out at the grocery store. And our friends were having fun on the lake.

We were in town for a wedding and being spring break it was hard to find a better hotel at a decent rate. When we checked in the bed looked like someone had just taken a nap, sheets turned down, pillow had a head print. Room service came fairly quick. Next, the sink was clogged so had to call maintenance. There was a cigarette burn in the bed spread even though it's supposed to be a non smoking room. There was a love seat outside a room where people obviously lived 24/7. We were nervous about leaving any belongins in the room while we were gone but it worked out ok. The ac was very loud but worked good. Needless to say we'll never stay here again.

Staff did not have other rooms available. Room was hideous. Unbearable stench coming from the roo . Sheets pillows towels were stained. Do not even know why this hotel is on Expedia webpage.
