Booked a second-floor smoking room. The room was clean and fairly large with a microwave, fridge, bathtub, etc. It also didn't smell of smoke, and the building itself was quiet. Staff 10/10. They also helped me print something I needed for an appointment.

My room faced the freeway side, so non-stop car noise. However, this type of random/outdoor city noise always puts me to sleep. It may be a different story for others, so I thought I'd mention it.

There was a cockroach in the bathroom.

When flushing the toilet the toilet would leak out the bottom

I didn't hear noises from the other rooms or neither sketchy people there. Just the freeway noise.

Toilet issues, slow flush not enough water in toilet to flush.

This is the second time in one week we have stayed here

The toilet was leaking raw sewage electrical outlet one didn’t work another was not something we would use. There absolutely no amenities available except a tiny bar of soap. I have pictures I will post
