"Excellent"

The breakfast was probably the highlight of our stay. Great location, good food options nearby, the only downside was the room. It definitely needed a bit of updating and when we walked in the air was off and it smelled musty. After opening the windows for an hour it was all good. Would stay again, just needed minor updates!

"Really great stay"

Our stay was really great, the room was perfect for my family and it definitely helped having the full fridge/freezer combo and kitchenette they even supplied all the basic cookware and dining necessities to cook and eat your own meals! the amenities in the room blew us away. I will be choosing to stay here anytime im in the area.

"UNCLEAN and BASICALLY NO HOUSEKEEPING"

One of the worst Residence Inn’s we have ever stayed at. Housekeeping is a joke. It is every other day and they didn’t even make the bed or tidy up. Trash bags were not replaced and the one bowl that was in the sink was left as is. The hotel says it is only a “REFRESH” every other day. Perhaps it is under new management but our housekeeping last year (when we stayed for 6 days) was what anyone would expect it to be during our stay this year!!! Come on…Be Better. Every other Residence Inn has made the bed, cleaned the room (especially what was obvious!) and left the room similar to how it was when we checked-in. There is a reason many people complain about the cleanliness of the hotel…fact of the matter is they don’t even clean when housekeeping arrives. So when do they clean???

"Extremely Disappointing"

We had called ahead when booking to make sure the pool would be open. Yes. Wrong. It was closed for the duration of our stay. We asked if roll aways were available. Yes. Wrong. None available either night. We asked if we could move to another room. No. Supposedly no other rooms were available, even though there were only 14 cars in the parking lot. We tried to cancel our second night to stay elsewhere but because we booked through Hotels.com we couldn’t. Hoop was broken on basketball court. No cookies. Breakfast only went until 9AM and even then they were out of all the pastries by 8:10AM. We typically ONLY stay at RI’s but after this miserable experience we’ll be looking for something new.

"Better than expected"

Once we passed through the stinky entry vestibule, everything was great. Whomever mopped the floor used dirty water and or dirty mop.
