La alberca climatizada está muy bien, el confort y la limpieza son muy buenos

El servicio de toallas para la alberca es deficiente, no atienden las peticiones del cliente pronto, y el restaurante es muy costoso, les aconsejaría que consideren mejorar sus precios.

"Excelente ubicación, pero mucho ruido de calle"

En la zona que me asignaron la habitación, muy ruidosa la calle. Por lo que veo es una zona anexa al hotel. Exceso de ruido de la calle.

Si me gusto

La terraza estaba muy sucia de tierra no se ve nada limpia y también deberían poner una cafetera en el cuarto como muchísimos hoteles que si la tienen.

el personal, la alberca y las recamaras muy lindas

el restaurant es muy caro para ser restaurant de un hotel, el desayuno $400 pesos por persona buffet me parecio demasiado caro comparado con otros hoteles
