La personne qu'on a eu au téléphone était sympathique, le lit était confortable

La chambre n'était pas propre, nous avons retrouvé une culotte sale par terre et un mouchoir tâcher de sang entre le sur matelas et le matelas, il n'y avait pas de savon dans le distributeur de la chambre et de la poussière par terre
