We have stayed here many times and it’s just always consistently fantastic! From the rooms to the breakfast buffet to the service plus access to an excellent gym - just all top notch. Staff here all couldn’t be more helpful. Location is excellent to the campus and downtown.

Staff was very helpful

Perfectly good hotel with very helpful staff. The fitness center has a lap pool and hot tub., rooms were better suited for business travelers than couples.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 1 night on my way to Niagara Falls from Long Island. Upon arrival at 9:30 pm the room had a stench of pine cleaner but we were so exhausted we dealt with it. Then I put on the heat and it was so loud it kept waking us up. My wife had to wear ear plugs. After a horrible night sleep I called to ask where the menu was to order breakfast. The front desk told me to get up and go into the elevator and take a picture of the menu since that's where it was posted. I had to beg for eggs and toast on the phone as not to get dressed and do that. Then I used the toilet and figured out what the stench was. The toilet wouldn't go down and neither would the sink. They said they would send up a plumber but in the meantime we should use the bathroom in the lobby. This place is horrible, disgusting and and very un-accomodating to say the least. There are many other hotels in the area. Do not choose this one.
