"Wouldn't stay here on next trip"

Comfy rooms, quiet, good location. Room service prompt

I literally got chased out of my room at 11 am. I was just finishing up packing when housekeeping came in to turn the room over. I just didn't expect them to hold the door open and wait for me to leave. Terrible experience

The staff. They were all really nice.

That i could hear the people getting on and off the elevator all night and could hear the floor above me squeaking. I hate going to hotels and knowing other people exist. Hearing the floor boards above me is an automatic no return policy. Also the elevator floor was gross. Everything else was good.

Great hotel and facilities. Love that it's pet friendly. One of the best fitness facilities I have seen in a hotel. We were visiting our son for Parents Weekend and all had a great time. Perfect location.

The location is appropriate and I like the restaurant and the steak salad and breakfast buffet.

The staff, particularly the lady who checked me out was very rude. She rushed me out and didn’t even respond when I said thank you. She was very disrespectful.
