Sunda Resort

The hotel is about a 10-walk from the city and feels like it’s set in a small jungle, which makes it very peaceful and relaxing. It was truly quiet, clean, and the staff were very kind and friendly.

The only downside was that the walls are very thin, so you can hear your neighbors moving around their room. Also, the entire resort feels quite old and would really benefit from renovation.

J’ai du mal à me faire une opinion sur cet établissement. L’accueil était correct, sans réel point négatif, mais sans non plus ce côté chaleureux qui fait la différence.  Le cadre est magnifique, mais mériterait vraiment d’être rafraîchi.  Nous occupions la chambre 122, attenante à la 121, et l’insonorisation était malheureusement TROP insuffisante.  Je ne sais pas comment sont faites les autres chambres... Mais nous avons sûrement tiré le gros lot.  Nous avions l’impression de partager la même pièce.  Ce type de configuration conviendrait mieux à une famille qu’à deux couples, la proximité étant trop importante. Le confort du lit laisse à désirer : les ressorts se font sentir, ce qui rend le sommeil difficile.  La climatisation est très bruyante ; impossible de la garder allumée la nuit malgré la chaleur extérieure.  Entre trop chaud et trop bruyant, le repos n’a pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes.

Die Unterkunft ist so ganz okay aber leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und man könnte mehr daraus machen.

Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig da jedes Haus nur mit einer dünnen Zwischentür abgetrennt ist. Da ich im Nebenzimmer ein paar mit Kind hatte das immer nur am schreien war fand ich es nicht so schön. Das Frühstück ist auch so lala und nur mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet. Ziemlich günstige Sachen und jeden Tag nur das gleiche auf dem Frühstückstisch nicht sehr abwechslungsreich. Die Lage an die Strände ist auch nicht so toll so dass man immer ein Fahrzeug oder einen Roller braucht. Auf dem Grundstück sind auch einige Hunde unterwegs die andauernd nachts rumrennen und Radau machen das sollte man auch besser im Griff haben

Fabulous resort, little bungalows were great nestled in amongst the trees and nature. Two pools that were lovely and clean and never busy. Breakfast was good, and the short walk to Ao nang was easy, with lots of places to eat/drink on the way. So easy to get taxis to other parts of the island. There is no bar, but you can buy drinks from the 7/11 to have by the pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

We loved it all and hope to return !

Vessa oli todella surkea. Tyynyt olivat kovat, eikä osa porukastamme pystynyt edes nukkumaan niillä.
