Very nice beds were very comfortable and room was very clean would stay again

It was a pleasant stay

Wish I wouldn’t have to call multiple times to get service to my room. More or less, I have to go to the hall to make the phone call cause their phone in the room did not work. Front desk could use an attitude adjustment I will give it up to the maintenance guy. He did have a positive energy. And I thank him for fixing the showerhead.

The hotel was very clean seemed brand new excellent food in the restaurant for a reasonable price safe environment. Parking and parking was free right next-door to the Mississippi bridge I would definitely recommend staying there if I was in the area again

We were there for one night, accommodations were very nice. The bar area with entertainment was a bonus.

The room size was great

My stay was very delightful. It was a quick getaway. Although I didn’t partake in any casino activities it did look fun. There was also a live band on the weekends. The young lady at Perks coffee was very pleasant and made my macchiato with love both days. It was perfect. Lol. The young lady that checked me in, Kaliyah was super helpful. She made sure I was on a quiet floor and away from the elevator. My only recommendation for the property mgmt would be to offer more cable channel options or have TVs that allow streaming. There should also be separate parking for the hotel guests and the casino guests. The parking situation was slightly atrocious. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. I was just scared to leave as I wasn’t sure I’d find parking when I returned.
