Harlow's Casino Resort & Spa

It was a nice visit but the room wasn’t as clean as it should have been it was 2 open alcohol bottles left open in the drawer and open ketchup packs in another drawer or fingernails on the floor the room should’ve been a little more cleaner with all what going on in the world I just really didn’t feel safe with with the alcohol bottle being left in the drawers like it could have been something hazard it just wasn’t a pleasant experience

The young lady at check in was very attentive and she made check in and check out very helpful.

The room was clean and cozy. Great location. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This is a casino hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. However, the yelling and fighting throughout the night at the casino front doors and on the hotel floor was overwhelming. Fighting and screaming at the 3 am hour with no security in sight is a hard @no” for me.

The hotel was in fairly good condition. My issue was that the water in my room was less than lukewarm. Notified the front desk and their response was that “they’d let maintenance know”.. a lot of good that does when your away from home and paying for a room that doesn’t have hot water.. to me that’s a deal breaker.

Room was very clean and comfortable but access to a meal was terrible, service at restaurant was terrible, food was terrible.

We had a non-smoking room, but it did not matter. The entire building reeks of stale cigarette smoke odor.

Hotel was great, casino super tight. No coffee shop open until 9 AM, was told by an employee that I could get coffee in the casino, but the urn was empty.

Could definitely tell it was an older property. Need to update the rooms. Really need more dining options. Staff was very nice
