"Overall, it is a convenient hotel with decent rooms, but the service experience could be improved."

The hotel has an excellent location, just about a 5-minute walk to Gion Station, which makes it very convenient for getting around.

The room was okay and the size was acceptable. Overall, the stay was comfortable enough. However, the staff were not very helpful or welcoming. When I asked for a disposable mask, they simply said they did not have one. The service could definitely be warmer and more friendly.

最初に入った部屋はタバコの匂いがしましたが、スタッフに部屋交換をお願いすると快く対応いただけました。 空港からのアクセス、地下鉄駅の近さが良かったです。

全体的に年季が入っているように感じました。
