Saree Samui Natures Finest Resort

Beautiful and clean beach, nice big pool. Villa with garden was cozy and comfortable with good facilities. Food in restaurant was tasty. Friendly staff.

Breakfast could be better. The hotel is in some distance from other activities (but e.g.7eleven is nearby, about 10min by foot)

The hotel is very nice, with nice rooms, very quiet place to relax. The staff are super nice and the breakfast was amazing. The food is very tasty.

We had to change rooms because the bathtub and shower wasn’t working. The staff provided a quick solution.

Rooms, location and pool were nice but my daughter fell through some decking that broke under her as she walked around restaurant area. She injured her leg and the hotal took no responsibilty for the state of the decking See next comments.

My daughters leg went through the decking up to her thigh suffering deep grazes and bruising to leg. She was lucky not break her leg and completely ruin the holiday. The staff were slow to respond and luckily a guest was able to assist. She was shocked and upset but she was lucky not to have a bad injury. The hotel manager was a way and instructed an assistant manager offer to us 10% off our meal and took no responsibility. We were insulting and now they say we have chase Booking.com for a refund. This is v poor, so we are now giving them a bad review because the hotel responded so poorly. The staff were OK but management were terrible.

I had the most EXCEPTIONAL stay at Saree Samui. Serene calm enticing resort on the white sands of Mae Nam Beach. Staff are incredibly friendly, courteous and ensure that every guest is made feel welcome in the most Thai hospitable manner. Perfect location on the N coast of Koh Samui, my arrival was greeted by MAY with service that was highly professional. During my stay MAY KWANG and CHANG assisted me in any enquiry including booking transfers and tours. Garden villa 417 was huge so comfortable no bugs cleaned daily and bottled water resupplied daily. Two wardrobes, safe , fridge amazing outdoor bath and shower. Infinity pool on the white sands of Mae Nam beach was so inviting super clean sun lounges galore not only along the pool area also on the beach and the adjacent bar area. Breakfast buffet had so many choices that every diet is catered and the food whether breakfast lunch or dinner was so delicious - the GREEN PAPAYA SALAD...TO DIE FOR!!! Cocktails - NET you are FABULOUS his service in a calm serene manner and always so efficient THANK YOU I miss your PERFECT MARGARITAS. POPPY every day no matter what time the effervescent smiling Poppy just made my day HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY BEE massage therapist you have magical hands the spa treatments sent me to heaven SMIL'D exactly that - you engage HAPPINESS and I had no option than to smile and be happy especially our DOLPHIN FLOATY experience which caused so much hilarity with all the guests. LEK there are not ENOUGH WORDS to share with guests how kind, professional, efficient and engaging you are towards every person that spends time at Saree Samui. I dont think I have laughed so much in a very long time where you made me feel so special THANK YOU LEK and those passionfruits!!!! Every staff member -my apologies if I have not mentioned every one by name - make it their choice to engage with every guest and ensure that their holiday is UNFORGETTABLE in such a WONDERFUL TRULY MEMORABLE manner. I felt VALUED as a solo guest and I LOVED every moment of my stay and I immersed myself in the calmness serenity of Mae Nam Koh Samui. Everything I MEAN EVERY THING about Saree Samui is wonderful. From my airport transfer by SIT to the resort, to the time I had to leave I had the most UNFORGETTABLE HOLIDAY. MAY greeted me with a welcome drink and cold towel and the genuine caring hospitality continued throughout my whole stay. MAY assisted in so many queries as did KWANG and CHANG My garden villa 417 had a garden outdoor bath and shower, spacious interior of a lounge tv room and a large K bed covered by mosquito netting interior large bathroom, 2 wardrobes, safe and fridge with complimentary bottled water that was replenished daily. Infinity pool so inviting with plenty of sun lounges as well as lounges on the white sand of Mae Nam Beach, fabulous bar and seating adjacent to the pool area. Restaurant caters for all tastes and diets, buffet breakfast is a culinary delight; daily menu for lunch and dinner offer so many choices and the cocktails FABULOUS Spa treatments are conducted in a spacious open air area BEE you have absolute magical hands the coconut scrub and massage were amazing. Manager LEK what can I say NOT ENOUGH WORDS can share your love to have every one of your guests feel special and looked after every moment of their stay. NET you give Tom Cruise a run for his money in the movie COCKTAIL - your service is impeccable and your serene calmness adds to a most enjoyable stay at Saree Samui POPPY you greet every guest with such an engaging smile that every moment of my stay was so safe enjoyable and comfortable. EVERYTHING was afbulous

Lovely property with very friendly staff. Great facilities (including a small gym with free weights, a cable machine and treadmill) with a lovely pool. Food was excellent in the restaurant and all great value for money.

The only downside (which was actually a positive for us) is that it is a little bit further out from the standard tourist activities. All official tours pick you up from the hotel reception but it’s usually a 15-30 min drive depending on the activity. We liked it because it was still handy to the touristy spots but far enough removed that you had more peace.

Stayed here for 12 nights and had a very relaxing holiday. The refurbishments to the rooms have improved the comfort massively and we had no problems whatsoever with mosquitos or any other insects at any time. Housekeeping was of a high standard throughout the hotel. we were there for Songkran and the celebrations and activities in the hotel were well organised and entertaining. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful and welcomed us back. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and varied daily, and the poolside menu was extremely reasonable and tasty. Sunbeds were always available around pool and beach as well as huge beach cushions being available. The beach and sea quality was very clean and clear. All in all a perfect stay. We have stayed in many other resorts in Bophut and Mae Nam and this is certainly the most relaxing and charming .

Paradise on earth. Situated on a quiet part of the island on a beautiful beach. Hotel has a good restaurant and a nice beach bar, but also in the streets just outside the resort nice places to eat. Rooms are located in a beautiful garden and my room with private pool was lovely. Spacious, atmospheric and clean. Friendly staff who respond adequately to questions and comments. Had a very relaxing time.
