Guest relations and staff are very friendly. Rooms and common areas are showing wear and tear. Some of the corridor floor tiles had cracked and need replacement. Bathroom Showers lack water pressure and hot water is not constant. Had to make several visits to the reception to have it sorted. Basic breakfast but great service! Some street noise which is expected as it’s on a busy road. But not a real hindrance. Good location and near all main amenities like hospital, supermarket, shopping centre, car service centre, Diani Airport, Restaurents and Clubs, Wine Bars, etc. I would rate it as below: Customer Relations 10/10 Reception Desk Staff 10/10 Waiters & Bar 10/10 Rooms 5/10 Location : 10/10 Value : 9/10

Wonderful staff Ann at the reception and Rashid at the buffet counter 👏👏. The room was cleaned well all the days 💯. Thank you so much!!

The experience at prideinn diani was great,they have a nice swimming pool there buffet has a lot of varieties,they also offer the best service,shout out to Consolata,Ann,Brenda,Calvin,Bretta,Godfrey,James and Rashid

A very nice place for family especially children. Good customer care from all the staff and well committed to their work .
