The staff are very accommodative and welcoming..From the reception Consolata to the restaurant Emily.I really felt at home. The food is so fresh and delicious.The ambiance is beautiful, cool breeze at mnazi with drinks from the cheerful bar tender Winfred and kids friendly..Thank you Prideinn Diani.

Special appreciation to the GM, Mr. Ken Waweru, for outstanding leadership, Consolata (Front Office Supervisor) for her professionalism and warm welcome, from Winfred the bar lady and upEmily the waitress for her ever-present smile and attentiveness to guests. The service was impeccable, and our stay was truly remarkable. We felt valued and well taken care of throughout our visit. We are already looking forward to coming back with our family. Highly recommended!

"Rather outdated smaller hotel, ok for short stay"

Lovely and attentive staff. Had a tasty dinner in the restaurant. Doable for one night stay.

The whole hotel urgently needs some upgrade. Old furniture, cracks in tilings, no hot water (could have been just due to low pressure in the tubes).
