"Exceptional"

Everything was great, except that we didn't sleep well both nights because ALL the four pillows were so lousy, and had for the neck, all lumpy and too soft,. We were out in the day and forgot to mention the problem to you. The mattress was not firm enough for us, but not bad.

Great staff. Quiet room

Bed was too firm and the so-called Continental Breakfast was poor. Just a bit of fruit, small yogurt cups, and cheap pre-packaged muffins.
