This Inn was a very welcoming sight after a very long drive. The employees here are delightful to engage with. Their attitudes, attention to detail, respectful countenance, openness to accommodate a patron's needs and professionalism was exemplary. The staff here, are the Gold Standard, for employment in the service industry sector!

Recommend a card with instructions/pictures on how to use the remote for TV would have been very helpful. A control device with universal symbols would have minimized the failure rate in getting the television to function. Perhaps a few more handicapped parking spaces could be allocated. (I realize parking can be an issue no matter where you stay.)

The staff in all areas were very friendly and accommodating. They made our stay very comfortable. The breakfast was great! We loved how the hot breakfast items were new every day during the few days of our stay and were very pleasantly surprised to see all of the food and drinks replenished when running low. We enjoyed our stay. The beds and room itself was very comfortable and clean!

If the hotel rooms were a bit more sound blocking/sound proof, that would be amazing as we were up all night hearing other visitors doors close, hearing loud conversations, and other noises, even through our sound machine trying to block noise out.

This hotel was great. It's close to a mall, Walmart and Superstore. There are lots of restaurants close by to get something to eat. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was good and a nice touch. The bed was very comfortable. While we found the room a little small and the TV was stuck on Game mode until we found out how to switch it to TV, it was fine for our one night stay. There was a fridge and a microwave and the bathroom was clean. We would stay here again and believe we got good value for our money
