Muito bem localizado, próximo ao centro, cerca de 500m do Prado e da praça 14 de Setembro. Funcionários extremamente educados e solícitos. O café da manhã é bom, mas senti falta de queijo.

O hotel possui instalações mais antigas, a água quente demora bastante para chegar no chuveiro, especialmente à noite. Esperei mais de 10 minutos para ter água quente e mesmo assim estava morna.
