Final cleaning of the kitchen is the responsibility of the guest. Cleaning products for the kitchen are available in the apartments. Bed linen and towels are changed weekly. Reception is open from 07:30 to 11:30 and from 16:00 to 20:00. Please note that the swimming pool is closed on Saturday. Please note that pets are not allowed in the following rooms (Monolocale "2 Persone", Appartamento Superior con 2 Camere da Letto e Vista Valle). Pokoje dość duże, czysta łazienka, obsługa hotelu miła, fajna restauracja, bardzo miły młody kelner, mają dobre żeberka i fajne lokalne piwo. Dobre sauny.

Odejmuje gwiazdki za basen, który zdecydowanie najsłabszym elementem, ma dość zimną wodę, jest głęboki, typowo jak do pływania, ale mały jak do zabawy i do posiedzenia, jest tam ślisko, a zarządza tym basenem, nieprzyjemny Pan, który wręcz prześladuje ludzi, ściga za brak czepku, nawet nie w basenie tylko w jakuzzi, nie chce wpuszczać na saunę, nawet jak nikogo nie ma, żąda żeby się umawiać, ale jak spóźnisz się nawet minutę, czekając w kolejce do niego to nie chce wpuszczać. Warto o tym wiedzieć
