Très bien placé. Le studio est assez grand pour mettre les vélos dedans. Le lit est confortable

Parking complet à deux reprises si ont rentre tard alors que c’était hors vacances scolaire et en semaine

The location was stunning. The property with ground floor access to a beautiful garden was amazing. The parking was super easy as on site no height restrictions. Nice size. We stayed in a duplex so limited space upstairs but really nice.

It was available at short notice when our previous booking proved to be below an acceptable standard. The hosts gave all relevant information to enable our stay. This property was ideally located very close to the lake and within a reasonable distance of Annecy, very quiet, well appointed though not luxurious, comfortable bed and good shower, a garden space available to enjoy

War keiner da für die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr kompliziert Betten direkt unterm Holzdach viel zu warm im Sommer trotz Klimaanlage Kleidung kompliziert zum unterbringen

It is well situated, quiet spot with beautiful views. It was big enough for three couples and two children with a lovely terrace.

While I didn’t expect a fully stocked kitchen, I would have wanted more than one tea towel and some washing liquid to get us started. And a decent vegetable peeler! The main issue is that the bedrooms were incredibly hot and stuffy with no air con. Our stay was late May, I hate to think how it is in the height of summer…. One of the bedrooms registered 28C at 11pm…

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil de Marlène, la propreté de l'appartement, l'emplacement et le calme. La literie et linge de toilettes. L'espace des toilettes avec lave-main et miroir.

La salle d'eau étroite et surtout mal éclairée. Manque d'emplacement sur le parking.

Le lac a proximité et le calme du lieu
