Overall, very good. The rooms are a little dark as they have very small windows. The major fault was a basin tap that was very hard to turn off. I woke in the night to the sound of running water since I hadn't managed to turn it off

Bed needs replacing not comfortable.

The food in the restaurant was a 5! Staff was great!

Lovely staff with a friendly manner and a little bit of sense of humour 😃 Super powerful instant hot water Everything smelt fresh and clean We stayed 2 nights and we both slept 10 hours!!! Amazing the mattress was firm and my husband found it perfect to roll over😁 The meals were delicious We had salmon fish and steak - fabulous and service was quick - the staff knew we were hungry Thank you to all of you 😍

Room was very clean. Sheets were very fresh and crisp. The staff were very friendly. The restaurant food was delicious and the restaurant staff were very nice.

Clean rooms at a reasonable price. Room was quiet except for noisy patrons in the hallways.

The restaurant felt like it was stuck in the 90s and there is very little available nearby in the way of options to eat. A taxi ride into town was an hour delay as it seems Greymouth only has one taxi… or did on the evening we stayed there.
